Dermaplaning Facial

Dermaplaning is a facial exfoliation treatment that consists of using a scalpel to gently scrape off the top layer to remove dead skin cells & “peach fuzz” from your face in order to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. As long as the hair is superficial vellus hair, it will grow back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment within 4 weeks.

Dermaplaning makes the skin smoother, softer, and brighter.

It also allows for greater penetration of skincare products.

Flawless Canvas

It creates a flawless canvas for makeup to glide on smoothly.

Preps the Skin

It also preps the skin for additional procedures like
lasers and peels.

You don’t need to plan any downtime to recover from a dermaplaning treatment. You may experience redness or feel like your skin is scraped in the two or three days right after the procedure.

Is the dermaplaning facial safe during pregnancy?

It is perfectly safe for pregnant and breast feeding clients.

Post Treatment

It’s important to avoid direct sun exposure after dermaplaning. This can irritate the skin and cause redness and swelling. If you must be in the sun, make sure to wear sunscreen with a high SPF. Avoid using hot or warm water when cleansing your face. For at least two days after your treatment, please avoid seam rooms or saunas. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser & apply a hydrating serum or face oil. Avoid any products that could irritate the skin, like a scrub for instance.
